How to use the hotkey puck G2 to improve work efficiency

The hotkey puck G2 leaves 3 single function keys as well as a rotation key to let users designate them to features that they require the most at work. Designers can adjust the brightness, contrast and volume of the monitor based on their preferences through the dial on the hotkey puck.

I just ordered this. Seeing that you can adjust the brightness with a simple spin of the dial on the G2 puck pushed me over the line. I'm constantly having to adjust my screen's brightness during the day. I can't wait until it arrives.

Does changing Custom Key 1 and Custom Key2 do anything? I want 2 of my buttons for switching inputs and one for color mode. I was hoping the custom keys could do that

I want to be able to use this dial to control programs in windows, it could be soud levels on windows or gain in my editing program or even some sliders in, let's say capture one, or in lumetri.

So bad, you don't offer this control unit for newest PD2705Q model :( And the OSD is somewhat inferior to the 4k models. Why is that? Last, why can't the USB-C ports be configured as standalone upstream ports? For example, I want to use PD2720U or any other model with 1xUSB-C + 1xUSB-B in following scenario: connect PC1 to DP port, and PC2 to HDMI. In this case, I am unable to use the KVM, because for some reason, the USB-C port can't be configured as just a standalone secondary upstream port! Why, Benq? It is so obvious. Look at what Dell done in U2422HE/U2722DE models. You can freely use any USB-C as just upstream ports via USB-C-to-USB-A cables. Why do you think, that if someone buys a USB-C monitor, then he's definitely going to use the USB-C as video input? You did a smart thing on PD2705U by adding second USB-B port, but then again, you could just modify your software to allow using the USB-C port as a standalone upstream if need be. This is so obvious. Can we expect firmware update for this in near future?

Why there is no kvm switch without osd? KVM Autoswitch does not work with switching the video input, why? In PBP there is no option to autoswitch when moved to other side of screen.
Display pilot hangs often and hanges, switching modes randomly ...

Without kvm working smoothly even greatest screen monitor is useless(32 inch).
