buddy changed his pcv asked if i could check it out, with the engine running it was collapsing the tube it connects to another thing to inspect when doing this along with any lines that are under vacuum

If that goes bad can that cause hesitation from a stop when you push the gas?

*Stay with Motorcraft parts always. If that's the original since 2001, then what does that tell ya? Plus it still rattled, I don't know much about that but I was told that if you can still hear the rattle (Like a paint can). Maybe that was some other part?? So, anyway, stay with Motorcraft.

all the fiddling and jawboning is a waste... it's a PCV valve that can be replaced in a few minutes and is very cheap to buy
