Modding Skyrim VR into Oblivion VR

Thanks to modding Skyrim VR, Oblivion VR exists in Skyrim VR in the form of the Beyond Skyrim Bruma mod. A mod that has been on the nexus for years and I just remembered now. And this humble Skyrim mod, when combined with my VR headset teleported me back to 2006 playing Oblivion on my couch except now I am inside the elven ruins, frostcrag spire, and the Jerall Mountains to the north of Cyrodill. I really can't wait for Beyond Skyrim Cyrodill to finish, I should have waited to rediscover this until it was closer to release date.

Beyond skyrim plans on making almost all of tamriel (also roscrea and atmora) accesible in Skyrim (besides, valenwood and summerset (there are other mods attempting to implement these)).

But man imagine one day you get to visit all of tamriel in skyrim in vr.

also there are attempts at making smell-o-vision, wind, touch and other sensations into vr and if modders implement these into Beyond Skyrim imagine going to red mountain feeling the hot wind and the smeel of burning lava all while a cliffracer bites at your ankles. tho this will probably happen in the year 2050 or smth, but still imagine.

With Oblivion itself (not a Skyrim mod) I got depth perceptive stereoscopic 3D in Oblivion working with an application called reshade running on rokid glasses. Way lighter glasses than VR, no head tracking, I just look around with the mouse while the screen stays in front of my eyes. I'm liking it better than VR.

this is the magic of skyrim - you can make a really beautiful sculpture out of this log. The VR experience is indescribable to someone who has not experienced it personally. 2D movie does not reflect even a fraction of the effect :)
