And so, Nazeem with his final breath mocked the Dragonborn before his death. The way into the Far Shores was visible to his eyes, the cloud district in it’s purest form. As Nazeem approached the way in, he realized that he was barred from entry as he saw the way in to the Redguard paradise get further and further away the more he tried to get closer to it. Before he knew it, he was reborn through the dreamsleeve as a slaughterfish inside Labyrinthian’s only pond. Now he is forever barred from entering both the cloud district and the Far Shores, with endless darkness as the only companion he now has.
