Has this changed because I don't have the option anymore and when I go into more settings and turn on "automatically caption by video" or whatever the setting it, those captions stopped coming up now too, even though I have it set to auto caption!

For those missing the captions icon, it's there but you have to scroll down on the icons to reveal more tools. I wish they would tell us these things. I didn't know for the longest time
