I say the best way to bypass a personality test is to not apply to jobs that require you to do them! Most of these jobs are in the Business world. Secondly, I think everyone should take advantage of the underground economy!! Do your own thing on the side. Own bussiness that keep customers coming to you.
Third, network and get close to People who make decisions. They will pick who they like verses who is qualified for the job!

Personality assessments are not pass or fail tests. When they are used for pre-employment screening, it is to see if someone's personality fits a particular job. So if you are applying for a sales job, they are looking for a different personality than if you want to be an accountant, obviously. Yet, you're taking the same test. Did you know that? If you decide to "cheat" on a pre-employment test, you could very well end up in a job or corporate culture that does not fit your personality, makes you miserable and you end up hating life. Why would anybody want to do that? Grown up life is not high-school. It is not about passing tests by any means available. It's about spending your time in a way that is meaningful and satisfying to you. When you are "beating" a personality test, you are basically beating yourself up. You are saying I have to cheat, because who I really am is useless and no one would hire me if they knew truth. I looked at a bunch of stuff on this page and it's all BS. Be yourself, and be confident about who you are. That is how you "pass" a personality test.

I hate those tests. Filling them out with people watching is entertaining. Next time I fill out an online personality test, it's going to be recorded then uploaded to YouTube. Beyond angry. I don't lie, cheat or steal. Stalkers digitally track those tests. Therefore, recording them from now on as evidence.
