mine says it added succesfully. mi account is associated with device now but when i fast boot it the message says i need to add my account in miui settings> developer options>mi unlock settings . i've already done it so many times but the message still says that i need to add my account, what should i do with it?

I did all the steps and put my phone to fastboot mode but idk why it didn’t show anything on the unlocker on my pc. I connected my phone and my pc and it was secure, is it because of my phone version because it is a Redmi 4x
