How to Unlock Bootloader on LG Android! [Android Root 101 #1b]

To unlock bootloader on LG Android smartphones, there are several different methods. The easiest method is the official bootloader unlock method supported officially by LG. For all other LG smartphones, you will have to find an unofficial version floating somewhere on the interwebs. Before you can root or install custom ROMs, you will need to unlock the bootloader. LG G6: US997.USA for the U.S. open market
LG G6: H870 for the European market
LG V20: US996.USA for the U.S. open market
LG V10: H960A for the European market and Android M (Except France)
LG G5 SE: H840 for the European market
LG G5: RS988.USA for the U.S. open market
LG G5: H850 for the European market

everysingle time I try to do a command it says (waiting for device) i am on the restart bootloader, start, power off option... can't move on from that. LG logo comes on and stays there... any guidance would be Highly appreciated.

I have an LG Rebel 4. LG no longer supports unlocking the bootloader on their website. Plus, when I run the command "adb reboot bootloader" it won't boot to the bootloader, only a regular reboot. Can you help?

it says LG G6 LS-997 US variants, i have the LS-993 (sprint G6 ) i've been searching and trying to unlock it for days no luck when i use adb command for fastboot reboot, it just reboots into OS again not fastboot everything is set properly, debugging n such and adb on PC HELP!!! thanks :D

i have an LG G6 Canadian model H873 , so could that mean the Bootloader is already unlocked ? if so how do i check it, just continue to follow the Command scripts till it get into the Bootloader ?

Max i have a question. I own a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus on At&t, but my phone is also unlocked as well. I want to convert it into a Tmobile phone. How do i go about doing that ? Meaning when my phone boot up it wont show At&t, but Tmobile instead.

My LG G7 thinq LM-710ULM doesn't boot into bootloader when I type the command "adb reboot bootloader" instead it just restarts the phone.

I can get into download mode but that's it.

I put unlock.bin in fastboot folder with other file (adb.exe, fastboot exe and other 2 dll files) is it right? But the unlocking faild. why?
