Scientists have found a "magic" muscle that allows you to lose weight w ile sitting. With a load on the soleus muscle (located on the back of the leg), blood sugar decreases more effectively than with a load on all other muscles. This means that training can be done while sitting.

Isn't that just sitting calf raises that would have little to no effect on muscle growth or calories being burnt....like for someone who had leg surgery that effected ankle mobility or calves this could help but otherwise I don't see it
