Dr. Washu? As in the same Little Washu (No.1 genius scientist in the universe.) from Tenchi Muyo/Universe? It she is We can only imagine the chaos if Ryoko decided to stop by to visit, and/or cause trouble. That is if she chooses to team up with Naruto to play pranks.
Though it would be a nice way to link the Tenchi Muyo/Universe series, Would be for the Uzumaki to be creations of Washu's experiments (Like Ryoko and/or Ryo-ohki), or perhaps even direct descendants of Washu herself Since she is 20, 000+ confirmed in the anime, But her exact age is unknown.
