Isshiki’s dojutsu, for better or worse, is one of the most mysterious Dojutsu in all of Naruto, second only to the Jogan. Despite not being hyped up quite as much, we know it is powerful, and thus must be equally powered when compared to the Jogan, simply because it is owned currently by Kawaki, who is set to be the opposite to Boruto. And according to the laws of equals and opposites, for the story to really have any form of thrill to it, this dojutsu must be considerable to the Jogan. Still, it remains mysterious. Ironically, further cementing the law of equals and opposites between Boruto and Kawaki, while Boruto’s eye maintains mysteriousness by being named but never seen, at least so far in canon, Isshiki’s Dojutsu is the direct opposite, being seen but never named. Now, as with all concepts within the Naruto world, I like to play around with it in my mind and see where it takes us. So, for this what if, I plan to take this mysterious new ability and give it to Naruto, just to see where in the world this will take him. Considering it is a rather hax ability with limited stamina drain, I have high expectations for where it will take Naruto.

After learning the rasengan Naruto could have started storing ready made attacks in stasis so he could have a near unlimited amount of battle ready jutsu at all times. In fact he probably could have used that to catch Obito off guard. Give Obito a full fight of Naruto charging his attacks before use only to have them start coming out of nowhere and at full strength while he is tired. Fully charged tailed beast bombs made by the full Kurama avatar just popping into existence mid fight would be enough to catch anyone off guard.
