Thank you! This is very good; however how do you put the toggle bolts into the door? I’m hanging what appears to be the same thing, however the crews that came with the rail are about 1/8” and a hole I would have to make big enough for the toggle bolts to slip in would be 4times that size. The toggle bolts are 3/16”. Is it expected that I make the hole for the toggle bolt to slide into bigger than the screw?

"Anything" is a pretty broad term. No way can this technique be used to mount a safety grab bar.

It looks like you just ruined that tool by cutting a hard metal bolt. I believe wire strippers are designed for soft metals like aluminum and copper and the incremental openings are designed to strip the plastic insulation coating on various gauged electrical wire. A vice grip plier has a cutter designed for hard steel in smaller diameter sizes. A hack saw is designed for larger diameter steel.
