Bake in the oven for 25 minutes but I'm guessing on 350 degrees?

If you look at the beginning of the video where the stove know is .
It says 350 degrees.

25 minutes is way too long for a haddock fillet...unless you have a 2 lb fillet I guess. Haddock is very easily overcooked and is very delicate, once it begins to flake and look juicy its DONE. Typically that's between 8 - 14 minutes depending on the size of the fillet. Another great way is to put the fillets in a tin foil housing you create and bake it with just some salt, pepper, lemon, butter. It will steam itself and comes out sooo good!
