I fished the Maribyrnong river and caught a few mullet. I used the touch method of fishing which always works well when the fish are playing with the bait and wont bite properly. The fishing looked promising until a flocked of cormorants came through and scared everything off. I guess that's just fishing.

Hi of your channel.
What's a good time of the year the mullet are around or biting should i say?
Becouse i have fished that exact spot a few times and all I'm getting is tiny bream.
