I'm in love with everything about this. The etiquette and the systematic way of doing things. Everything is super clean, white and orderly. The chef is so clean, well groomed and polite. I like the stiffness about him and how he does his work so very meticulously! I love watching his nimble fingers work; smooth, fast and effortless! It's an art. I'm sure the sushi tastes great!

honestly speaking, I LOVE SUSHI and SASHIMI of japan. the taste is good. the chef is polite and clean. he is also approachable to the costumer if the have some allergies to avoid itchy to their body... how i wish someday i can be your apprentice in your restaurant. it is the great honor for me.
