I have to saying it felt like a risk buying the CX in June 2020 before the new GPUs and consoles were out but it ended up being an amazing investment. I checked the other day I've used it for over 5000 hours no burn in or image retention either.

Thank you for mentioning the logo dimming. So many sites are just skipping this important fact as if it were nothing. This effects sports as well as games, it matters. I'm not spending 4k on a Sony qd-oled that does not have an off switch for this function.

I got c9, way before 4k sources . two years later I got 3080 and now gaming in 4k/120hz. Surprisingly futureproof TV and now I appreciate lg more than before.

Beside that we are super happy with the cx for 2 years and the G1. (Gaming & movies)
The LG Service is absolutly great and fast.
On the other hand my mom and my cousin got a xh95 in 55 and 85!!!inch (sale) and these nonoleds are super TVs in picture quality.
The 85 is a hometheater 1st class.

Great video as always Vincent. Will you be looking at the Sony LCD's VRR implementation? Namely the X90J and the X95J. Would be interesting to see if there's any improvement over the X900H's implementation.

The VRR flicker issue at low picture levels also happens with all LCD VRR displays. The reason why it’s never really been noticed much is because LCDs just don’t get very dark!

Great video . As intrigued as I am by Sony’s oleds (esp QD oleds), I’m still hard pressed to believe I’m getting my money’s worth when it comes to gaming . Still gonna keep an open mind about the A95K when the reviews are out but it looks like I’ll give more consideration to Panasonic or LG

Nothing beats the fiber optics cable from FIBBR for 20 bucks from amazon. I get 12bit 4.4.4. On lg oled on 6800xt card. Beautiful!!!
