Jealousy and comparison are totally natural feelings that we can feel from time to time, especially at University. University is a highly competitive environment and one where it's so easy to compare ourselves to our peers over exam results, essays, and finding jobs. With social media addiction at its all time highest - it's even more easy to spend time worrying about others lives, instead of our own. This is probably worse in people with ADHD who are more likely to be addicted to social media. In this video, I share 5 strategies to help you stop comparing yourself to others at University.

Hi waheed since you have adhd do you also have anxiety/ ocd like symptoms or depression? I heard that they go hand in hand with adhd
