You can definitely stop taking insulin . It is manly dependent on the doctor who is treating there is a social stigma that once you start the insulin it has to be taken lifelong. If your sugar levels are under control you can definitely reduce the dosage of insulin and then again slowly put you on oral medication and again we can monitor for 6 or 8 months and there is nothing that once you start insulin it has to be continued lifelong.

Thank you for this. I have been gaining allergies at a very unnerving pace and was wondering what would happen if my endocrinologist decided to put me on insulin and I gained an allergy to it either down the line or to something in the other ingredients.

Basically all the food allergies have an anaphylaxis reaction with hives and rashes. Personally I prefer breathing now over suffering later.

i last got my period in october and didn’t got in november and december on 28 dec i got them till 3. but today again i started bleeding today is 11 jan just 6 7 days after my previous cycle

Sir I am recently diagnosed pre diabetic my hba1c lavel was 5.9 before 3 months after taking one month metadose ipr 850 my hba1c level was 5.4 and fasting also 90 and pp was also normal but Dr decrease dosage level he give me 500ipr now my sugar level is also normal should I stop medication or not
