Quite an interesting video, and it mostly makes sense. My main criticism is the implementation of Vibranium as a way to bolster the Prussian economy, as it pulls away from plausibility, and into fantasy. Fantasy alternate history can work — but it has to sort of be woven into the narrative of the piece.
A better way to support the Prussian economy would be to acknowledge the Amber mines in the region, that would help to build the nation up after the collapse of the Warsaw Pact, due to being seen as rare, valuable, and to some; involved in healing. If you wanted to go into a fantastical path — you could maybe make Amber involved in a special medicine, that would significantly help the Prussian army, and make it a large exporter of healthcare Items.
Alongside that, it has fertile soil, and large Peat deposits, which could help an agricultural economy flourish.

Minor points:
From the start of the video — instead of a Prussian War of Independence, a better route would be to have Prussia be the remnants of the Hohenzollern monarchy in the German Revolution/Civil War. Regarding the Memel Crisis: it is a quite realistic cause of war, but it’s also important to realise that only about 24% of the inhabitants of Memeland were Lithuanian, and 26% were Memelandish. There is some historical precedent for Lithuania marching into Memel, as they did that historically. So it could go either way, for Lithuania to reclaim Memel (or maybe all of what was considered “Lithuania Minor”). The King of Lithuania was German-installed though, so it’s possible that a dynamic of a Duchy of Lithuania trying to repeatedly break away from Prussian influence would be a reasonable consideration too.

Other than that, it’s a very solid video. Good job!
