Yo, I almost experienced Number 9 when my family and I went on a camping trip in the Philippines. The locals told us that it's highly likely that it's some sort of trap set up by people who will rob you or just some people looking to prank tourists. Luckily, my dad was a logical man and told us to never go to a place we don't know if we hear someone calling for help. We can call the authorities, tourist guides, or maybe even the locals who live in the surroundings areas if we really thought that someone is calling for help, but NEVER approach it by yourself.
