Years ago a local talk show host in Boston had a segment on hauntings / ghosts. It wasn't his normal radio content but there was a lot of calls. One of the callers had been a security guard who had been assigned to Danvers State hospital. He said not many of the guards lasted very long and the place was aggressively haunted. Before he quit he stated he got to the point where he wouldn't leave his car but even then he'd hear things coming from the hospital. Said the posting to the hospital was the worst he had ever had.

When my youngest was about 2 or 3 years old, there was a few months where he was frequently following something with his eyes and talking to someone who wasn’t there. When we asked who he was talking to he would say it’s a secret. So we blew it off. And then one day he yelled “you’re such a funny grandma”.
My wife’s mother had passed away the year before and she adored her grandson. I did not get along with her so maybe that’s why it was supposed to be a secret. Sends chills down my back to this day.

Here's a tip, if you fake a scary/paranormal vid (and I'm talking to you Jacob) don't do the heavy breathing thing. People who are scared or trying to listen subconsciously hold their breath or breath lightly. They don't pant like a dog. I live alone and whenever I investigate a strange noise that has me concern I don't sound like Darth Vader. You're instinctly quiet so you can hear a pin drop and also not give your location away. Also, the last I thing I think of is to record on my phone. I'm in the moment and 100% focused on what could be a possible intruder. In these vids, first thing people do is start recording and talking to themselves, not a realistic thing to do if your investigate a noise, especially if your genuinely scared or worried. So if you stage a video, be mindful of that.

3:07 I did that as a kid too. I waved at a man in a hat in my high chair, a figure my mom couldn't see. According to her, I started waving at him saying, "Daddy!" Only, dad was in a different country at the time. It terrified my mother, and to this day it chills her to the bone. Just what did I see?

Edit: On another note, I don't like when parents don't believe their young toddlers, even getting irritated with them. Like, what possible reason could your toddler have to lie to you about something like that? Saying they're acting weird or imagining it or invalidating what they see just drives me nuts.
