4:39: One thing I've noticed in some of these videos is, if you hear or see something weird or freaky in a house, why hasn't the person turned on ALL the house lights? Like even if it's not paranormal, wouldn't the lights on help you see better at the very least? jk (It just looks like they're using the light on their phone to illuminate the rooms in this case).

The butterfly phone case is probably two-sided, where two plastic butterflies are glued together to make it thinker and sturdier. The broken piece might be from the backside butterfly piece that we cannot see.

I'm 63 years young and over the course of my life I've worked for 4 different cleaning agencies, I had a house I cleaned, above Boulder Colorado, off into the mountains, off of the Boulder canyon hiway, it was the creepiest house I've ever been in and I lived in a bonefide haunted house for 30 years, this place always had me feeling I was being watched, it was an oppresive, dark feeling, almost menacing, nothing ever happened but no way would I be there at night, in the dark, I'm not easily spooked and I've had more than my fair share of paranormal, unexplained high strangeness, but this was just beyond, my thoughts are it was probably sacred native land, ceremonial or burial perhaps, or something really bad took place there, no thank you, never once ever saw the woman whose house it was, couldn't tell you a thing about her, that was always a long 3 hours, i cleaned a lot of mountain homes and this was the only odd one, my boss did say nobody ever kept that house, everyone would quit it but they'd never really say strange place

The broken phone piece is the easiest thing to explain. The part broke off during the manufacturing process and stuck to the back of the one she bought. Eventually it fell off.
