When Law Enforcement serves a Search Warrant for in this case Documents, they take pictures and video through the entire thing.
They take pictures of the Documents as they find them, letter and number each box and each document.
Plus, the containers as they unpack them, as they show what they were, how many there were and the size and condition. You can notice a measuring device in the lower corner.
Then load them back and remove them. This is from that compilation of pictures.
It's not showing the documents were found on the floor, it's showing the contents of the boxes before anything is removed, you know the ones they swore they didn't have.
