Some doctors in Singapore are calling for more tech support, funding and guidance as Singapore looks to make the sharing of patient information across healthcare providers mandatory. Under a proposed Bill, they will have to contribute data to a centralised health record system. But as Sherlyn Seah finds out, there are uphill challenges, especially for smaller clinics.
