Bill seeking to stop migration of Nigerian doctors opposed

The House of Representatives has commenced with plans to amend the
Medical and Dental Practitioners Act to stop the migration of
Nigerian-trained practitioners. Among the changes proposed is that
doctors serve in the country for five years before being given a full
practicing licence. US-based Nigerian doctor Uyilawal Okhuaihesuyi
weighs in.
