I have an easier solution, the mains ideas are substitution and factorizing:
step 1: substitute u=x^3 NOTE: when I write √2022 it is solely 2022^1/2 throughout the whole calculation
u³-2023u+√2022=0
u³-2022u+(√2022)-u=0
u(u²-2022) + (√2022)-u=0
u(u-√2022)(u+√2022) - (u-√2022)=0
factor the common terms
(u-√2022)[u(u+√2022)-1]=0
(u-√2022)[u²+u*√2022-1]=0
After finding the solutions, and undoing the substitution, we have the three solutions found in the video :)

The final answer is very big. this is not accepted in maths.
