Great track, really unique, If only people had given the album a chance, it would of been a more known hit. Genesis is Genesis no matter what era, prime or not, they were never shy to try new things. There Legends for a reason 💙👑

Rediculously underated album.
Calling all stations is one hell of a track.
I wish Ray Wilson would have stuck at because it would have taken Genesis to a new angle.
Such a shame...

Phil Collins was not on this Genesis album "Calling All Stations" He left the band in 1996 and was replaced by Ray Wilson, a Scottish singer from the band Stiltskin. Calling All Stations was released in 1997 and was the only Genesis album to feature Wilson as front man. Underrated song and album IMO.

"Pas À Propos de Nous" on est dans le style Balade + douce, + cool ! C’est Mélodieux... Belle Harmonie entre les musiciens et le chanteur R.W. Sa voix + ample, légèrement voilée n’a rien à envier, en terme de qualité, à celles de PG et PC mais elle possède un Timbre, une chaleur qui collent parfaitement avec la musique et la sensibilité de cette composition...Not About Us s’écoute avec un Réel plaisir, un certain " Bonheur " ...😍😉👋✌❣🇧🇪

One of the unique tracks on “Calling All Stations” as it was the first Genesis album since “Wind and Wuthering” to feature acoustic guitar. In my 2021 listening of this album, I remarked on “Not About Us” as what it would sound like if “The Screaming Jets” (one of my favourite bands from my home town of Newcastle, Australia) and The Doors had a baby. I say “The Screaming Jets” as this song sounded like their later more serious songs apart from their trademark rockier, party songs.
