I eat alot of sardines even before l was told l have osteoporosis. Almonds cheese, leafy greens, broccoli and cauliflower. I am still very sick.

I can't do dairy so that cuts out a lot of options. While you say aged hard cheeses are lower in lactose they are migraine triggers. Can't do aged cheeses. Mozzarella in moderation seems to be okay. It's not aged.🥺
