I used to believe in Bible not anymore cuz John 20 17, I was a Orthodox Christian who believed Jesus was god, Jesus saying my god and your God destroyed my heart, how blind can I be not seeing that, a Muslim didn't even tell me that verse I saw it myself, if u read Quran when Jesus said my lord and your lord he was stating John 20 17 it's just changed on were it's placed, after my faith was destroyed I couldn't handle it I literally feel on my knees beged Allah to forgive me, I use to mock Allah say he Satan mocked profet Muhammad like a fool, I pray Allah forgive Allah to forgive me cuz I was lost, and I pray that Muhammad forgives me as a brother cuz I was lost as a fool

There is no God except ALLAH means..
Some People believe that trees/things made with woods or stones are God some people say jesus peace be upon him is god some people say this statue is god so we say we deny all these god. That's why we say there is no god except Almighty God.
You can say God you can say ALLAH no problem but we say ALLAH because there is no plural of Word ALLAH, the word ALLAH has no gender. You can convert god to goddess or you can say Gods (plural of God). But can't do that with ALLAH.
ALLAH is Arabic word which means uniquely One or The God.
That why we prefer to say ALLAH rather than God.

to understand who is the god in Islam read this:
