Mabel, You really are a wonderful knot tyer, .  Your videos are well made and narrated.  I am going to say something that I would consider constructive criticism.  If you used a needle, you would be able to point at a point in the knot without your hand blocking what you are pointing at.

The single lanyard knot is a 3l X 4b Turks head made with 2 cords

This is like knots 748 and 750 abok and if you know how to turn a footrope knot into a diamond knot by rolling the crown down over the wall you will notice that the chevrons change direction it will change with this knot also one thing you will notice also if you look at these two knots is that you do not have to go around the legs of the standing part and you get a more rounded if you don't as its not required

I just made the same thing last night by doing the multi strand lanyard knot but when I did the crowning I did the over two crown and did the normal lanyard part. And what happened to you on Facebook? I haven't seen you on there for a month or so
