Knot tying videos are super satisfying

What you have tied is a foot rope knot with a foot rope knot you finish with the ends going up through the middle of the knot, and because both diamond and foot rope knots gape the diamond at the top and the foot rope at the bottom by going over the two before you go up through the middle this helps the foot rope knot from gapping whereas there is nothing that you can to stop the diamond knot from gapping, also a diamond knot you don't need to go up the middle as the ends stay on the out side.
