I wish you guys were closer to me, I work for Mitchell plastics here in Canada and the amount of waste we produce that is unusable but would keep you guys in business for years and years. I probably toss 25kg a day myself of PC/ABS that is unusable in our products but still totally worth using else where.

How do you clean your plastic? I once cleaned a batch by shoving it into the washing machine, and I wander if it's enough.

They get all those caps sent to them. If someone in the US and Canada did the same thing they could get tons of plastic and turn around and sell things like the blocks and the beads

It’s worth knowing that most of the plastic in developed countries is recycled now because it’s cheaper to recycle it in some cases for brands as they get more customers from it when they advertise recycled content

Why do you make the support bars/inflow channel so thick⁉️ It seems like each run only turns about ⅓ of injected plastic into beads 🤔
