Very pathetic customer service. I own Ola s1 pro since last one and half year.They will make you cry for getting service done. And you need to keep visiting their experience center multiple times to get one small issue fixed, which actually could have resolved by any road side mechanic within 5minutes in ICE vechicle. So think before buying and later dont regret the decision for buying ola like me.

Please do not buy Ola scooter. I have a S1 myself and there is no after sales service. Social media team contacted me and still no resolution. I will keep commenting on every post. Ola has created fake accounts to comment as good on all posts. Worst company. 😡😡😡
