Love how he slipped that "Mr. Allen" into his talking so smooth.

Whenever the bailiff goes behind the defendant it's never a good thing, 😂

I absolutely love when Judge Simpson says Mr. Allen. We all know what's going to happen after that. She definitely doesn't need to be out drinking and driving! She got caught in her lies, and now she's paying the price!!!

My favorite two words from Judge Simpson are "Mister Allen!" We love watching The Buffliff move behind the defendant. 😂

A .214% BAC would render the average person near total incapacitation.

The soft on DUI charges is frustrating. I absolutely believe that there should not only be aggressive penalties and fees, but escalating penalties.

I'm now 80 years old and celebrated 29 years of continued sobriety on August 9th of this year, by the Grace of God and it was the fellowship of AA that supported me every step of the way!!! These people who use the excuse of "no transportation" to meetings makes me angry. If you are attending AA and the group knows you have a "transportation problem" every one in the room will step forward and offer to provide that transportation.

PD: I’m asking for a second chance.
Me: This’ll be the third second chance.

she's an alcoholic. and she's too arrogant to take an Uber, Lyft, or get a DD. 39 people die every day in drunk driving crashes, , let that sink in.

Having lost 2 family members in a crash and having to watch the surviving member. Go through survivors guilt almost daily.
I have no patience for drunk drivers, as it ruins people lives and drives the survivors crazy! (Literally)
She did this to her self!!!
Sorry for venting. 😢

For every conviction for DUI, it is estimated that the person drank and drove 80 times. - drug and alcohol counselor

A frustrated looking Judge Simpson right at the beginning is never a good sign. “Send her down!”

Tough but fair. Judge Simpson is a shining light in our judicial system.

I grew up around alcoholics. Never once has even one of them driven after drinking. Not tipsy, not sloshed, not even near blackout drunk. You drink, you don't touch the car, period.
It's a choice.
