Words cannot express how grateful I am to you for your video. My beats were a gift to me from my son and I cherish them because they are fron him. Yesterday all of a sudden there was no sound. They have always had minimal sound but now there was none. I was heartbroken. I spent hours today watching videos on how to reset them. Nothing worked. LOL, this solved it for me! Turned out I had simply turned the volume down on my BT hearing protection! This has been bugging me for months, because the radio in them have worked fine, as has speaking on the phone. I didn't know they had a separate volume setting for media/music. Thank you!
