I'm not sure what problem I had but none of these solutions were working, I just installed A2DP alternative driver ( trial version ) and then switched it to windows drivers, it started working after that

Thank you bro this actually helped me.

For those who can't fix it, try solving it with Method 3 then go to properties and double click the name of your bluetooth speaker and go to enchancements and just allow all enchancements. I hope it works for you cause it did for me.
