Jinko abhi bhi sunai nahi dera mai batata hu mera kese fix hua mai bhi bhot dino se kar rha tha koi method nahi work kiya try this once
In device manager bluetooth remove all the device or software anything showing there except intelr windows bluetooth and then add your device again if not work remove intel also and then go to action select your computer name and search to software click on that connect device again that would probably solve your problem
