Sir, what you are doing is call myofacial as well. Myofacial is a set of techniques, not just compression. There is a misconception to think myofacial is just press and pull. You need to understand the facial system to achieve pain relief.

Both scapulas are seized from knots on my back and lats also in my traps. Feels like it spreading. I stretch everday and use a massage ball. Docotrers in ontario canada are not helping

Manual adhesion release seems seemly to Active release which is typical performed by 1 clinician and client movements, or clinician doing the stretch with manual or instrumental release like Graston release tool.

Use a 10 pound sand medicine ball to break it apart piece by piece I didn’t hurt my self at all no bruises I slowly broke my extreme body fascia adhesions that was killing me and made it impossible for me to get cracked or stretch this way of fixing your unaligned body should be the new way of how people help people with their suffering also bouncing on a ball helps but mostly bumping against the sand ball broke my extremely bad fascia adhesion that was keeping me stiff and out of place making me sick and tired and slowly killing me we all need to stretch this way we all have fascia adhesion that makes us stiff and live in pain and discomfort

Ah yes, breaking fascia apart in your body, sure sounds like a good idea. I'm sorry but that just doesn't sound right and I've never seen any evidence of that being a solution.

Wow, I have to say I have never seen a more misinformed video from what you would think is from someone who knows what they are talking about. However, you couldn’t be more misinformed. MFR isn’t about being an “elephant” and being aggressive to try and break fascial adhesions. The body responds to a gentle/patient approach and then the fascial adhesions can be released. You definitely need to educate yourself and I implore you to go take John F Barnes MFR courses. Not sure who you learned MFR from but this information you are sharing is false and I would love to see the research you have to back up your statement
