The look in interesting, but I have to say I found the way they danced around in the OG to be more visually interesting. They're just sorta like planes in this.

I prefer how they went down in the old one. Getting the upper hand in fighter to fighter combat but getting shot down by the cruisers.

You can't make a utilitarian vibe trying to make everything fancy and shiny. Also, those white lines coming from wing tips are called wing tip vortices. They kinda need air to exist.

As much as I like the animation, I kinda prefer the older spartainian fighter design cuz they look like an actual ships. These ones look like drones but with humies acting as secondary computers.

In the books the Valkires were at the same level as the spartanians. But in this anime the spartanian design is way clumsy.

Was it me or the Empire's fighter is a little to fancy and more moving parts than Alliance?

I miss the look of the old Alliance fighters...these are much to ungainly looking. The Empire fighters are similar to the original, which I used to not like the look of the Empire fighters, but they have grown on me over the years.

I am sorry, but the old anime had better fighter fight scenes, this are way too clean and smooth, the whole dancing around in a deadly dance is just too ridiculous for me.
