Ingredients -

1/4 Cup (15g) - Sesame Seeds
550g (1.2lb) - Chicken Breast, Diced
4 Cups (1 Litre) - Canola or Vegetable Oil

Batter -

3/4 Cup (105g) - Plain All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp (45g) - Corn Flour
3/4 tsp (1.5g) - Baking Powder
1/2 tsp (2.5g) - Sea Salt Flakes
3/4 Cup (180ml) - Soda Water
1 - Egg White
1 Tbsp (20ml) - Canola Oil

Honey Sauce -

1/2 Cup (140g) - Runny Honey
1 1/2 tsp (7.5ml) - Sesame Oil
1 1/2 tsp (7.5ml) - Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup (125ml) - Soda or Still Water
1 Tbsp (16g) - Corn Flour
1/2 tsp (2.5g) - Sea Salt Flakes
