If u find one with no markup, TAKE IT!!! Markups are literally the only reason this thing is so expensive!

The civic type R is a very nice vehicle... nice bang for your buck! Idc what people say about the look... it looks good in my opinion. A lot of people are so insecure and care what people think about them 😂

The key is to find one with no dealer markup. It will hold value well enough as long as you don't mod it out.

Man, Raiti's Rides keeps killing it with these videos!

I was looking at the used Civic Type R but they're still so expensive for one that's 2-3 years old. I might as well buy a new one that I know wasn't possibly abused with a warranty. I also like the changes they made to the 2020.

Great review as always Joe and great background knowledge! I LOVE my 2019 Type R. With the rumor that 2021 may be the last year of the Civic Type R be it new or used, the best Type R to get is the one you can actually find. Fortunately I was able to get mine new and MSRP but scoring a used one with a warranty might be that sweet spot. BTW It looks like someone needs to clamp down that cover on the car's computer housing. Again keep up the great work Joe!

Awesome topic for the video! I'm currently looking for my first car and this thing is very high up on my list. I'm sure this will prove to be very helpful in my search. Keep up the used car vids!

If that dealership is really letting that go for 34K then that's a "steal" compared to the insane markups I'm seeing. The cheapest 2017 in my area has 30K miles and is going for 38K and the 2018s are up in the 40K range with 20K miles.

Just got back from the Dragon yesterday. 18 CTR R - 13555. And it was PHENOMENAL. All stock except for the hondata ;)

Awesome video. Always enjoy your videos and always waiting for new ones.

I’m a proud owner of a 2019 Honda Civic Type R Rallye Red with 17k miles. Everything stock, tires are still in good condition. Always looking forward for the weekend. It’s my awesome weekend car. It’s my getaway from all my stress during the week.

I just got a type R 2020 black and I love it, mpg driving on comfort mode 29 mpg, 297 miles until gas light turns on, and I spend 30 bucks filling up tank with 93 premium gas in Illinois.
