AIRFRIED-LOW CARB PAN DE NEGRO

Recipe:
1cup buckwheat flour
1cup coconut flour
1tsp dry yeast
1/4tsp salt
1tbsp stevia powder (optional)
1tbsp Psyllium Husks
1cup almond milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter

*Combine flour, yeast, salt, stevia, Psyllium Husks, butter and almond milk
*mix well, knead and make a dough
*cover with a towel and let rest for 2 hours
*preheat airfyer for 10minutes at 200°
*cut dough into 8 balls
*airfry for 20-30minutes at 120°
