I can send pictures and text messages to my iphone pals but my android friends normally it won't send. this all happened yesterday when our cell towers went out because of a storm. you guys are the how you explain everything

If you are still monitoring this vintage video, thank you so much for sharing these invaluable tips - OMG - The first tip worked. As another said, it was driving me crazy. How would anyone guess closing apps, which I had no idea were open, would cause pictures not to send. I have been searching non-stop to resolve this ongoing issue. You are miracle workers - Just think something posted in 2018 still works today!!!!

Dude, I seriously can’t thank you enough I’ve had a bug where i can’t send pictures that are less than a day old for over six months to a year.

Thanks guys. One of these things worked: iMessage off and onn, MMS off and on; iPhone off and on. Since I did all three, don't know which, but it's all good.

Reset network settings worked for me! I tried everything else first and did this as a last resort. Thanks for the clear instructions in this video. This was a frustrating problem as I send pictures via text a lot for work. Hopefully resetting the network settings won’t cause any other issues.
