Interesting concept 🤔 I’ve always described myself as a rhythm player but never really thought about it

Love this idea! Would be great to see you test out some other practice methods or myths!

If you watch great throwers with the sound off, you can appreciate their rhythm more. I saw a chunk of the Matchplay final muted. MVG and Humpries have amazing rhythm.
Lisa Ashton is another great example. So much so, her walkout song should be AC/DC - Girls Got Rhythm.

If you can count to 3 you can develop great rhytym.
Its why Chisnall and DeSousa don't have great rhythm.

What bpm do you have this set at? I see it’s using a 4/4 timing. I’m a dj and am thinking about having an earbud in when producing a basic deep house playlist running in my ear at around 80 bpm. The Question is. Is that legal in league and tournament play?

I love a test!!! I'd imagine some respond better than others or some may benefit from practicing with it and using the concept under pressure 🤔...if Dart one hits

Every 1% gain helps!!

Give it a bit time. Muscle memory development needs time to settle into the right spot. Then reps build on that. Then improvement. Definitely a tool people should try. We are all different. Gotta find what’s right for each of us.
