Clever that Eros is in a blue bottle. That way we can’t see how much they’ve watered it down over the years 😂

I love Dior Homme 2020. I pull more woody notes out of this, and don't understand how you can get BDC vibes from this. I don't think Dior Homme 2020 is overhyped. ON the contrary. I wish it would get more notice

I couldn’t disagree more about Dior homme 2020. It’s not overhyped, it’s extremely under hyped and hated for no good reason. Also it smells absolutely nothing like bleu de chanel.

I actually prefer the newer batches of Aventus. After wearing it the first couple times, I was a bit disappointed due to the longevity but once it macerates, it’s as beautiful and long lasting as my previous bottles.

I like the eros flame its got more of an amber scent which I prefer over the lighter original

I just got my Eros and I absolutely love it, I don’t think I’m gonna get bored if it

I think the only difference is that Eros could be considered a good value, price wise, and is a decent place to step into fragrance. Most people couldn’t be bothered with intricacies and Eros checks all the boxes for the apathetic.

I got bored of Erros after the second wear. Don’t know if I’ll ever wear it again.

All facts great review. I had one of the Creeds from a good batch and left it in my car by mistake. The heat changed the balance and had to get a new one. The new one was very disappointing they were about a year apart.

I agree on all 3 I've smelled all 3 and even Creed smells awesome but maybe at $100 bucks not what they charge

I completely agree on all three. Luckily I have an older batch of Aventus and I love it. Deserving of the hype then.

Dior Homme 2020 to me doesn’t smell very good up close but is pretty good in the air. I think it’s in the extended blue family of approachable woody scents like in between BDC and TDH, Percival, etc. smells good in the air, not on skin whereas BDC does both. On the fence about getting a full bottle because I do enjoy it and love Dior.

Eros, the ultimate teenage frat boy! Y Le Parfum is the refined, grownup alternative!

Creed makes their batches from real plants meaning the Crops aren’t always going to be exactly the same each year . They try their best to find a similar batch as the previous one . But with all the natural ingredients in the mix one of the ingredients if not several will have a slight variation since no plant is exactly identical as another . Creed goes through several crops of each ingredient till they find a match in each category as the previous crop as I mentioned . This is a long tedious process and when it’s done they then hand mix everything unlike other companies that use robots to expedite the production process. This and the fact they hand blow all their cologne bottles as they always have which unfortunately makes the product more expensive . Growing specialty crops prices have gone up as well as the cost of material and labor as it has everywhere. Creed isn’t my number one fragrance brand as it used to be but you have to understand the process to know why things change . Other brands including Parfum De Marly just raised the prices on all of their products this month unfortunately as well and have changed a few things which is a bummer .

Tried Eros for the first time last September and couldn't understand what all of the hype was about. It was kind of generic

Eros can come across flat when you've worn a lot... I'm experiencing that now even though I'm still enjoying it. As for Dior Homme 2020, yes, there are similarities to Bleu De Chanel with scent profiles that do the same thing, I think those are two different things

Versace Eros smelled like some kind of generic axe to me

Not really a huge fan of most of Creed frankly. I was in Dubai a couple of months ago and tried the al haramain one and it was ok.

Only Creed I actually like is the Royal Oud. Green Irish tweed smells far too "grassy", Aventus to me is just "an fragrance", the rest of the lineup wasn't anything particularly special. Himalaya was the only other fairly decent one

Look at that italian gesture at the end. You know he's being serious at that point.

Many companies introduce perfumes with a good concentration and a few years after they reformulated them. Creed Aventus is a good example.
