Found the same problems in training for motocross, normal programs are using to slow and heavy movement. It even seems to shorten muscles and make you less flexible. It’s often looks based training building big muscles where you need strong, fast and long lasting muscles. Most machines don’t offer the movements you make on a bike, same as the movements when kiting.
