Great comic but the immersion was destroyed when I saw Luigi spitting. Luigi has too much class for that, he was raised like a good man.

They called for a pizza at the right time, even brick showed up and Gustavo got the strap

After his skirmish with the nefarious Pizza Head many years ago, in what would soon be called the "Pizza Tower Incident", Peppino Spaghetti and his friends finally found the motivation (and the leftover riches from that pizza freak's former home) to lift themselves up out of the rubble and moved on to form a very successful pizzeria empire bridging all the way from Queens to Upstate New York. He and Gustavo even formed multiple economical pacts with the local pizzerias of the city, basically becoming their Godfather of sorts. But that's a story for another time.

Right now, Peppino is making a monthly check-up on one of his friends' pizzerias. _"Punch Out Pizza"_ founded by the mentor of world famous boxer Lil Mac, Doc Louis. Everything was going swimmingly, until the earth beneath him suddenly began to tremble. Debris faling from the ceiling, nearly crushing them all. As the dust settles, Peppino cautiously peeked out from under the tables of the pizzeria, awaiting the tremors to subside. At which point, a badly bruised plumber dressed in red waltzed in and took cover together with them, escaping from what seems to be a giant talking- turtle dragon... thing. Seeing another Italian in need, Peppino Spaghetti and his right hand man, Gustavo jumped straight into action and decided to teach the big mean reptile a lesson. Never tussle with Italian muscle, especially four of them!
