Rowing for sure. The elliptical, and let's be honest most cardio machines, are boring as hell. The rowing machine is both aerobic and anaerobic as it is both a strength and cardio exercise.

I do 25 minutes on the eliptical and 15 minutes rowing. I go longer when I can, but usually, I'm pressed for time. I do both in high intensity intervals... but the lowest I'll usually go is the bottom threshold of the "cardio" program. I change resistance throughout. Rowing tends to be almost all high resistance where the eliptical varies more at the 3-7 range.
