i use to got a really bad knee pain from using treadmill everyday for miles, now i do elleptical and no pain at all and still got cardio session!

Elliptical. Better for HIIT. High Intensity Interval Training. Less stress on joints per heartbeat.

I have been doing both and honestly the elliptical is the best cardio workout machine that burns the most calories I have ever used. I have done a full hour of elliptical and was able to raise the intensity up to its limit and I literally burned over 800 calories. I do treadmills as well, but not as often I used to anymore since it felt boring and the elliptical was worth the challenge.

You can have an extremely hard workout on the elliptical if you crank up the intensity

I find the elliptical works for me on the higher settings of 20/25 I get a really good workout

I prefer the treadmill since it helps me run + hike better outside of the gym. Ellipticals are better if you can't run.

I can do 45 hard mins on the elliptical and it’s more enjoyable of a movement imo (still feels hard but I can push myself better)

I use the elliptical because when I use the tread mill my ankle pain I get from it is so bad but I get no pain like that on The elliptical

I used to love and prefer the Elliptical, but as of late with my job as an Amazon Delivery Driver I cannot do it anymore, this job has wrecked my knees in the last 2 years and the treadmill is the only cardio I can do without pain.

Why not do both? Go hard on inclined and go HARDER on elipticals since you don’t have to worry about joint pain

Elliptical do it 💪 reverse as well and also the side to sides for a snatched waistline!Increase the resistance and speed as u go along burn up to 200 calories in 30 mins!!!

Treadmill is supposed to be immediately weight loss without it being difficulty after a good amount of months calorie deflect & food health then health not being blocked out including the weight loss metabolism boost it not being a headache or keep being one almost a year in the weight shouldn’t be the same
