For anyone who might not have Been about to read the screen or otherwise understand, Enter these commands in order:
Id
Cd /home
Passwd (your username)
*Enter your new password and then confirm and then enter on your keyboard and don’t worry if you don’t see what you have entered, it is designed by Ubuntu to do that for security from screen capture malware.
